About Lori:

Lori J. Alford is a seasoned senior housing executive with a unique expertise in sales, marketing, and operations. As the Founder and President of Alleanza, a sales, marketing and operations consulting group, she is passionate about supporting senior housing providers. Ms. Alford brings vision and concrete strategies to improve sales and marketing techniques, attract more referrals and market share, and dramatically increase closing ratios.

Her ultimate goal is to help providers experience increased revenue and bottom line performance.


For over 13 years, Lori has worked for one of America’s largest privately held assisted living companies. Her performance and leadership ultimately led to her appointment as the company’s COO in 2008. During her tenure as COO, she not only supported the CEO in setting and implementing the company’s strategic direction, she was also responsible for managing the daily operations, including sales, marketing, risk management, human resources, and finance for 32 senior living communities with 3,700+ beds in 10 states.

In 2011, she founded Alleanza. Alleanza encourages providers to take a hard look at their sales and marketing program and to embrace a more innovative, proactive and creative approach. As Alleanza’s President, Lori’s offers the supportive services necessary for her clients to surpass their goals and objectives while improving their bottom line.

Lori lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and their two children. She is an avid reader and a dedicated mentor to senior housing professionals and struggling communities across the country.


Lori holds a Bachelor's Degree from Southeastern Louisiana University.
