We all need to take breaks now and then.  Sadly, many of us don't give ourselves any downtime until we're stressed enough that we need it.  Sometimes this is because we have so much to do that we have difficulty finding down time.  Sometimes we just don't realize how important it is to relax on a regular basis.  Whatever the reason, it really is important for us to find time throughout the day to relax, so we can give ourselves the mental and physical down time that we need to remain resilient toward stress and avoid falling into the trap of chronic stress, where the body never quite returns to a relaxed state, and our stress levels become unhealthy.
