Donald Jensen, MD

I am a recently retired Professor of Medicine and former Director of the Center for Liver Disease at the University of Chicago Medical Center. I have been a liver specialist for over 35 years following my specialty training in Liver Disease at King's College Hospital in London, England.

Experience

My clinical and research focus has been developing newer therapies for hepatitis C, though I remain interested in all aspects of liver disease and transplantation. I am fortunate to have been listed as a Top Doc in Chicago Magazine for many years and also listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World. I have published over 200 papers, editorials, reviews, chapters and books.
