You can whip up this Blue Cheese Dressing in two minutes and it's actually healthier than traditional blue cheese dressing. There's absolutely no reason to pour the watered-down bottled dressing with very little blue cheese in it on your lovely salad, cauliflower buffalo bites or apple or pear slices! If you don't have garlic powder or Worcestershire sauce, get some. They really do make a difference, and bring the dressing's flavor from "good" to "excellent."

  1. In a medium bowl, crumble the blue cheese and add yogurt, buttermilk, vinegar, and pepper.
  2. Mix thoroughly and thin with water, if desired.

Depending on how the blue cheese dressing is being paired, you can try the following ideas for serving blue cheese dressing individually. If the blue cheese dressing is being used as a dipping sauce, served with wings, cauliflower bites or the like, it's best to offer them up in separate ramekins so each person to has their own.

This also avoids the need to pour the dressing over the wings which can make for messier hands than is necessary.
