Easy Low-Carb Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Yield 2 cups Easy Blue Cheese Dressing

You can whip up this Low-Carb Blue Cheese Dressing in two minutes.

There's absolutely no reason to pour the watered-down bottled dressing with very little blue cheese in it on your lovely salad!

If you don't have garlic powder or Worcestershire sauce, don't worry about it, but they really do make a difference, and bring the dressing from "good" to "excellent."



  1. In a medium bowl, crumble the 6 ounces good-quality blue cheese, and add 1 cup regular mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon apple cider or wine vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, if using, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, if using.
  2. Mix thoroughly and thin with water, if desired.

Nutritional Analysis: 2 tablespoons of dressing have less than 1 gram of carbohydrate, and about 2 grams of protein, and 135 calories.
