This sweet fruit pizza is fun for kids and adults to decorate and eat. With fiber from a whole grain tortilla and fresh fruit, protein from Greek yogurt, and healthy fats from peanut butter, this breakfast is balanced on its own and as easy to make as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla or flatbread wrap
  • 1 (5-ounce) container berry flavored Greek yogurt (I used blueberry)
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 tablespoon natural peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Toast tortilla or flatbread until crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a plate.
  3. Spread yogurt evenly over tortilla.
  4. Slice banana and strawberries. Top yogurt with banana slices, strawberry slices, and blueberries.
  5. Drizzle with peanut butter.
  6. Cut into pieces and serve.
