Yield Bag of Fudge

This easy recipe for Fudge Made in a Ziplock Bag is one way to keep the kids occupied with a fun activity, especially on a camping trip.

Everyone can get involved in squeezing the ziplock bag full of ingredients until fudge is created without the aid of a stovetop.

Cream cheese is the trick here because it's semi-solid consistency when mixed with confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder and butter helps to create a creamy candy without the need for heat or setting-up time.

  • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (1-pound) box confectioners' sugar
  • 2 packets cocoa mix or 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 (1-gallon) ziplock storage bags

How to Make a Bag of Fudge

  1. Place 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, 1 (1-pound) box confectioners' sugar, 2 packets cocoa mix or 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons butter in one of the ziplock bags, close and put it in the next ziplock bag and close that one also.
  2. Now, give everyone a turn at squishing the bags to mix the contents. Combine until smooth and enjoy.
