 Against the Grain Gourmet makes 12-inch three-cheese pizza, pesto pizza and pepperoni pizza on its own ready-made pizza crusts, which have cheese baked right into the dough.

The crusts also contain tapioca starch, milk and eggs. All Against the Grain products are free of soy, corn and rice, and are produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility. Against the Grain Gourmet tests its products to ensure they contain less than 5 parts per million of gluten.

Amy's Kitchen offers two different gluten-free frozen pizzas, both sized to feed two or more people — its rice crust plain cheese pizza and a rice crust spinach soy cheese pizza, which is both vegan and gluten-free casein-free.

Both use organic sweet rice flour, organic potatoes and organic tapioca flour. BOLD Organics, a brand-new company with a focus on the gluten-free, dairy-free pizza market, makes four different gluten-free dairy-free frozen pizzas, including plain "cheese" (with cheese substitute), veggie lovers, meat lovers and deluxe. All include a tofu-based cheese substitute, and two of the pizzas—the plain cheese and the veggie lovers—are suitable for vegan diets.

The company tests its frozen pizzas to 5 parts per million as part of its gluten-free certification through the Celiac Support Association (CSA). BOLD Organics also is verified non-GMO and certified organic.

Conte's Gluten-Free Frozen Pizza

Conte's Pasta Company, a New Jersey-based Italian specialty firm that's pushing heavily into the gluten-free market, offers three gluten-free frozen pizzas: mushroom florentine pizza, pepperoni pizza and margherita pizza with roasted garlic and olive oil.

Both pizzas include rice flour-based crusts. Conte's gluten-free products are produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility opened in October 2010, and are certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization, which tests to below 10 parts per million.
