We bet you're that person everyone comes to with their nutrition questions. It's obvious that you know your facts! Not only do you know which nutrient is which and what it does, but you're also able to translate the knowledge to actionable advice, just like the pros. So yes, vegetables are healthy, everyone knows that! But YOU can tell someone that half their plate should be fruits and veggies, and which ones. Bravo! 

These are just the basics though and there's always more to know. It's no surprise that food and health are closely related. The next step is to know how to eat to battle common health conditions. Do you know how to answer "which foods will lower my cholestrol?" or "I'm so bloated, what should I eat?" yet? You will soon.
