Laura Dolson is a health and food writer, and develops low-carb and gluten-free recipes for home cooks.
Laura has been developing health and education Web sites since 1999. She has written for people with cancer, and those interested in health and nutrition, and has taught health and nutrition classes at a junior high charter school in California. She has been focusing on low-carb and low-glycemic eating for over two decades -- investigating the emerging science related to low-carb eating, writing articles to help people change their diets, and developing healthy menus and recipes.
Laura has an BS in physical therapy from the University of Vermont, an MA in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology-San Diego, and several years of doctoral work in clinical psychology, part of which involved research in online communication.
