I'm ready to show you that working out doesn't have to be a tedious or torturous experience. There are lots of ways to get fit and healthy, and they don't all involve a treadmill or a dumbbell! From Parkour and capoeira to barre and Bollywood dancing, I'll be investigating all the fitness trends, and breaking them down for you. I'll also be tackling the brave new world of online fitness, social media fitness and fitness apps as it grows and changes.
Don't take yourself out of the game! Too many people quit before they start, simply because they haven't found the form of exercise that works for them.
To connect with me more personally, send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or follow me on Periscope (@girlsgonesporty), where I host quick workouts and Q&A sessions.
