Celebrate National Nanny Recognition Week

Show your nanny how much you appreciate them during September 20-26th, 2015

National Nanny Recognition Week

National Nanny Recognition Week is September 20-26, 2015. This holiday was created in 1998 as a time for families to celebrate nannies and everything they do for us. It is not necessarily a big gift-gifting occasion (though gifts are certainly nice). It's more a time for parents and kids to say thank you to their nannies for their hard work year-round.

Top 5 Things I Love About My Nanny (the list is endless)

  1. She loves her job and comes to work everyday with a smile. She brings happiness into my home.
  1. She teaches my toddler so many things. One things I notice is his manners (please, thank you, bless you, look at people when he speaks to them, say hello/goodbye). Not such an easy task!
  2. She is very loving and playful, but when she disciplines she is firm and demands respect. (She has some magical power where she gets my son to listen to and obey her).
  3. She is always willing to discuss any issues or questions I have and embraces communication with me.
  4. She truly wants the best for my child and I can feel her love for him.

Finding a nanny whom you trust and appreciate makes being a working parent much less stressful. I couldn't imagine our lives without her and I feel lucky everyday to have found her. Thank you to all nannies for your hard-work. Taking care of kids all day is no easy task. You mean the world to us!
