 Stress can affect your weight in many ways, both by affecting how you eat and what you crave, and making other unhealthy habits more common.  For example, if you are stressed, you may be less able to maintain a quality sleep schedule, and that can affect how you eat and how your body holds onto weight.  Similarly, being too tired or stressed for exercise can affect your weight.  The following are resources that can help you to maintain healthy habits and a healthy weight, even when stressed.
