A fertility calendar can help you track ovulation symptoms, along with your menstrual cycles and conception sex attempts. Fertility calendars sometimes, but not always, include tracking your body basal temperature. While you can track your BBT on paper, using a computer program or an online software program can make things much easier. The following websites offer free fertility calendars, with BBT charting options.

FertilityFriend.com

FertilityFriend.com is my personal favorite free fertility calendar website. I used this site to track my cycles for years. There is a free version, as well as a VIP version, but the free version includes more than enough to chart with ease.

FertilityFriend.com includes tons of fertility charting education, answers to common questions, an active support forum, and a huge gallery of fertility charts. While they do offer a fertility app, it does not sync with your online chart or include BBT information at this time.

MyMonthlyCycles.com

MyMonthlyCycles.com offer free fertility calendars that allow you to track as little or as much information as you like. You can keep a detailed fertility chart, including BBT readings, or you can just track your period days. Using the information you provide, the fertility calendar will let you know if your period is late, if ovulation may be approaching, and other important fertility information.

MyMonthlyCycles.com allows you to track PMS symptoms, your weight, personal notes, doctor appointments, and more. You can set up a variety of email reminders, including those that let you know if your period is late, your ovulation day may be approaching, or that it’s time for a doctor check-up. There is a mobile version which syncs with the regular web program.

You can use the mobile version to share information with your doctor easily.

TCOYF.com

TCOYF.com offers a free online fertility calendar option, a paid-for downloadable computer program, or a free PDF download. The fertility calendars on the site have been endorsed by Toni Weschler, author of Taking Charge of Your Fertility. (The URL for the site, TCOYF, stands for Taking Charge of Your Fertility.)

There is a free and paid online fertility charting option. The free online charting option only saves three months of charts, which may be a problem if you want to share with your doctor several months of charts (though I suppose you could print the charts before they disappear from the site.) They also offer a software program (not free) that you can download onto your computer, with a 15-day trial available.

MyFertilityCharts.com

MyFertilityCharts.com offers a free fertility calendar, where you can track your BBT, periods, and other ovulation symptoms.

It is the online version of an off-line fertility tracking program, Hormonal Forcaster. You can use the online version or one just on your computer. You can also choose to keep the majority of your charts on your home computer, and selectively share charts online.

They have both a free version and paid for version. The paid for version includes color shading on the chart, to read easier when your fertile and non-fertile days are, along with other features explained on their site.
