Ultrasounds from week 10 look very different from just a few weeks ago. There is so much more detail! You can see arms and legs, your baby looks way more human now. That's a comforting thought for some of you.

How are you coping with morning sickness? Is it still bad? Have you found a way to cope that does not suck all the life out of you? It can be hard when you keep searching for something that works and struggles to find it. You may have even talked about or tried medication to help with morning sickness.

If you have been skipping the workouts, it is time to try again. Even if you skip the running and trying walking a bit. I know you're tired and your brain feels fuzzy, but I swear it will help - just put one foot in front of the other and go.

Can we talk about prenatal vitamins? I hope you are still taking them. I know they can taste gross. I know you think they might contribute to your morning sickness - all of these things might be true. The good news is that you can switch it up. Find one that doesn't make you sick. It will help you ward off some of the later complications in pregnancy like anemia.

How is your eating? Are you eating again? Have you found a craving for healthy food? Remember, you only need about one extra snack a day. Many women don't even gain weight in the first trimester. Make that snack a healthy one and you're basically good to go for your entire pregnancy with nutrition and weight gain. Just try it!

Babies at this stage of pregnancy often look very different from the newborns that we imagine. Mom says, "This is not a modern poster for alien Riverdance - it's a 10-week pregnancy!"

Twins at 10 weeks in this ultrasound. You can clearly see the amniotic sac between them - that's a good thing making it safer for both of them.

Your baby has a big head - that's pretty normal at this point. The head of the baby is about a half of your baby's size right now. At birth, it will be roughly a quarter of their size. Thankfully we grow into our heads!

Blurry images are a part of life in ultrasonography. This can be because of the type of ultrasound being used, such as an abdominal ultrasound versus a vaginal probe, or it can be the result of older equipment, or even the size of the mother. This little one is blurry, but you can see the definite wave.

We also measure babies differently. Typically if you ask someone how big they are, they tell you the top of their head to their heels. In early pregnancy, we measure crown to rump. This is the measurement of crown to rump length on this 10-week ultrasound photo.

Twins can be seen really well in these early ultrasound photos. This can provide you with more information about the status of a twin pregnancy earlier on, before you have trouble seeing everything at once due to the size, as well as the placentas growing towards each other. It always looks like baby's first text message or Snapchat when they write messages on the screen.

The yolk sac is still evident here, but you won't always see it at this stage. That is not something to necessarily worry about if all else is well.

Hi everyone! This baby looks like he or she is waving. It's easier to see the arms and hand buds in these early ultrasound.

This is a heart shaped uterus. This is not normal and can present potential problems later in pregnancy. The point of the heart in the center is the unusual part of the uterus.

An early ultrasound is helping to identify that there is only one baby and the health of that baby or pregnancy!
