  1. Sleep: It is possible to burn calories while you’re sleeping. Prior to slumbering, you should keep your food intake low. It’s not the best idea to take in too many calories at night. This way, you can burn calories while you’re sleeping and still provide your body with the energy it needs.
  2. Control the Amount of Calories you Consume: If you take in a controlled amount of calories, then you won’t have to burn as much.
