Diet is not a huge concern for you on the outside. You eat what you want, how you want, and when you want. This freedom in eating works for you, but it could be a sign of something deeper. Maybe it's a sign of an ignored emotional issue or perhaps you're compensating for something else. Whatever it is, if you need motivation or support to make dietary changes in your life, ask for it. People who love you will be there to help. Eating more healthy shouldn't be scary or burdensome, it should be empowering.

You love eating whatever you want and don't care about maintaining a healthy diet, regardless of health consequences. What you eat is your choice and you refuse to feel pressured by others who think differently. But overeating until sick, nutrient deficiencies, and high cholesterol are only a few among the long list of things that can happen if you don't make the right choices when it comes to the food you put in you body. Rather than seeing healthy eating as a pain, see it as pain relief. The better choices you make about the food you eat, the better your body will begin to feel. Start with small changes and go from there.
